Last night, on January 26th, the Waxahachie Wind Ensemble performed their TMEA Honor Band concert at SMU in the Caruth Auditorium. Their program consists of various musically demanding pieces which will be performed on February 10th in San Antonio. Many parents and interested college students came to watch the band perform, and were very impressed with the concert, which they showed with a standing ovation and an applause that lasted a life time. Be sure to keep following the Waxahachie Band as they rock the road to San Antonio.
