Don’t Sweat The Small Stuff

In the book Don’t Sweat The Small Stuff… and it’s all small stuff, it tells not only teens but also adults about simple ways to keep the little things from taking over your life. In this book, it ranges from teaching people how to “Make Peace with Imperfection” to “Live This Day as if it Were Your Last.”

I first heard about this book from a youtuber and was curious about it. As soon as I started reading it, I was hooked. It’s such an eye opener and I think it’s just such an easy read. I think that everyone should read this book at least once in their lifetime. It contains simple, “bite-size chapters”. Some of my favorite chapters were “Learn to Live in the Moment,” “Do One Thing at a Time,” and “Cut Yourself Some Slack.”

This little book spent hundreds of weeks on the NEW YORK TIMES bestseller list. Also, it shows one how to stop blowing things out of proportion, to stop worrying about things that might happen (but probably won’t), and finally to stop obsessing about things that you can’t change and things that don’t really matter- and start living! I would definitely recommend  this book to anyone who is just looking for an easy, good read.
