Preston Call, Staff Writer
Hey y'all! My name is Preston Call (Pres) and I'm currently a Junior, Dual-Credit, honors student at Waxahachie High School (WHS). This is my second official year on the Yearbook Team and I was in the Journalism class my freshman and eighth grade years! I was previously in the Blackbox Production and Technical Theater classes last year and produced all of the WHS Drama Department's productions last year (sound development and mics). I enjoy being in Media Staff because I love designing and creating layouts for pages and interviewing my fellow classmates to expand my circle of knowledge!
I am currently involved in the Culinary Arts Department, Yearbook Production Team, Broadcast Journalism Development Team, Advanced Spanish Program (Programs Avanzado de Español), Technical Theater Arts Production Team, Student Council (Stuco), Belle's and Beau's and the Interact Rotary Club! I am also a host at Olive Garden in Hachie! My hobbies also include technical development, hiking, running, fishing, cooking, writing and marketing!
My future plans are to triple-major in the fields of pharmaceutical development (lab based medical development), business management, and marketing and a multi-purpose agent for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) at Texas A&M, College Station (Gig'em).
